Upon arrival at Kathmandu's Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA), you will be greeted by our representative holding a name board. After completing customs formalities and collecting your luggage, you will be transferred to your hotel in a private vehicle. Enjoy a welcome drink upon arrival and assistance with check-in. The rest of the day is free to relax, explore the local area, or visit nearby stores. Overnight stay in Kathmandu.

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu

After an early breakfast at the hotel (or packed breakfast), embark on a 6-7 hour drive to Ramechapp, located 145km from Kathmandu. Enjoy the scenic drive and overnight stay at a lodge or guesthouse in Ramechapp in preparation for your flight to Lukla.

Day 2: Drive to Ramechapp

Begin your Everest adventure with a thrilling flight to Lukla, landing on a mountain runway at 2850m. Meet your trekking crew and start trekking along the Dudh Koshi Valley on a well-marked trail to Phakding (2656m). Enjoy the initial walk in the Everest region and overnight stay in Phakding.

Day 3: Flight to Lukla and Trek to Phakding

Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3450m), crossing and re-crossing the Dudh Koshi River on suspension bridges. Enter Sagarmatha National Park near Monjo. Ascend steeply to Namche Bazaar, and if weather permits, catch your first glimpse of Mount Everest. Explore Namche Bazaar, the main trading hub of the Khumbu region. Overnight in Namche Bazaar.

Day 4: Trek to Namche Bazaar

Spend a day in Namche Bazaar for acclimatization. Hike to Everest View Hotel for panoramic views of Everest and surrounding peaks, and continue to Khumjung village for lunch. Explore Namche Bazaar and surrounding areas to aid in altitude adjustment. Overnight in Namche Bazaar.

Day 5: Acclimatization Day in Namche Bazaar

Trek along the Dudh Koshi River, enjoying views of Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Thamserku, and Ama Dablam. Walk through rhododendron forests to Sanasa, a junction point for Gokyo Valley and Everest Base Camp routes. Climb to Tengboche Monastery, the largest gompa in Khumbu, and descend through birch and rhododendron forests to Debuche (approximately 270m elevation gain from previous night). Overnight in Debuche.

Day 6: Trek to Debuche

Enjoy a shorter trek to Dingboche (4300m), approximately a half-day walk. After an hour from Panboche, enter an open valley which can be cold and windy. Reach Dingboche in about 4 hours. Rest in the afternoon to conserve energy or explore the area. Enjoy sunset views on Lhotse in clear weather. Overnight in Dingboche.

Day 7: Trek to Dingboche

Another acclimatization day in Dingboche with a hike to Nagartsang Peak (5,083m/16,625ft). Climb to the peak for enhanced acclimatization and rewarding views, then descend back to Dingboche for a free afternoon to rest. This 'climb high, sleep low' strategy aids in adapting to the increasing altitude. Overnight in Dingboche.

Day 8: Acclimatization Hike to Nagartsang Peak

Continue trekking up the valley beneath Cholatse and Tawache peaks. Turn towards the Khumbu Glacier and ascend steeply to Duglha for lunch. Zigzag up through the glacier's terminal moraine, past stone cairns commemorating Sherpas who died on Everest. Gently climb along the glacier to reach Lobuche (4930m). Overnight in Lobuche.

Day 9: Trek to Lobuche

Trek to Everest Base Camp (5357m), enjoying spectacular mountain views. Have lunch at Gorak Shep, your camping place. In the afternoon, continue to Everest Base Camp, navigating through ice pinnacles and crevasses of the Khumbu Glacier. On the return to Gorak Shep, take a higher route for views of the Khumbu Icefall. Overnight in Gorak Shep (5184m).

Day 10: Trek to Everest Base Camp and Gorak Shep

Begin early to hike to Kala Pattar (5545m) for sunrise views of Everest and surrounding peaks. After spending time at the summit, descend to Gorak Shep for breakfast. Trek downhill to Pheriche, visiting the Himalayan Rescue Association aid post. Continue retracing steps towards Tengboche and descend to Namche Bazaar (3450m). Overnight in Namche Bazaar.

Day 11: Hike to Kala Pattar and Trek to Namche Bazaar

Final day of trekking, descending along the Dudh Koshi River to Lukla (2800m). Celebrate the successful trek with Sherpa guides and porters in the evening, enjoying local chang (beer) and Sherpa dancing. Overnight in Lukla.

Day 12: Trek to Lukla

Take a morning scenic flight from Lukla to Ramechapp or directly to Kathmandu (depending on flight availability). Enjoy panoramic views of snow-capped peaks from the plane window. Upon arrival at Kathmandu domestic terminal, be escorted back to your hotel. Rest of the day is free. Overnight stay at Hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 13: Fly to Ramechap/Kathmandu and Transfer to Kathmandu

After breakfast, proceed for a sightseeing tour of Kathmandu Durbar Square, Swayambhunath Stupa, and Patan Durbar Square. Explore these UNESCO World Heritage sites and immerse yourself in the rich culture and history of Kathmandu Valley. Overnight stay at hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 14: Kathmandu Sightseeing

After breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport for your final departure, concluding your Everest Base Camp Trek adventure.

Day 15: Departure
